Pick up line was over an hour long; agent tried to upsell an upgrade based on the promise of it being discounted to be $30 per day less than the original reservation car class; but wound up being about twice the cost of the original reservation once the transaction was about to be completed;I therefore had her return to the original reservation, but our card got charged for the upgrade, meaning there was an exorbitant amount placed on hold on our credit card, restricting our ability to use it while on vacation. Terrible!

We arrived at the rental car place at 1 am, right when we had requested the rental pickup. We were shocked after 30 minutes in line to hear that Dollar and Thrifty (same company) were out of cars. No cars of any size to rent. We were told that they would have some by 6 am. Miserable. Fortunately, our friend an hour away was able to pick us up, but how do you have a rental system and know how many cars you need each day, and then you run out? Three were at least 30 customers in line with reservations who were all screwed that night.

There were around 75 people standing in line for 1 1/2 to 2 hours Friday night to check out cars. I missed my party. Staff said that that was typical for the weekend. Not acceptable!

The car was so dirty! And dented all over the body. tires were bald! it had 50,000 miles on it! Bad news! Gross!

Friendly staff. Easy to find. Shuttle was great. I did not however appreciate the counter staff’s pushing a pre-paid toll route payment. I spent 9 days in the area and only on the last day did I utilize a toll route, and then it was only to spend a couple of the $120 that i paid up front and did not use. In addition, I was forced to purchase third party liability that I was not informed of prior to booking. Seems the “quoted price” and “actual price” are two different things. Will think twice about booking again.
